RETURN POLICY

General Terms
At IRG Productions, we are committed to your satisfaction. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to IRG within 24 hours.

Within 30 days of receipt, any unopened item may be returned for refund or replacement. Please note that refunds do not include the cost of shipping merchandise back to IRG. Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of your refund from the time your product(s) are received and approved.

IRG Productions and N'styl Performance are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipments or return process. We recommend using Fedex or UPS.

How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order please contact us at irgorders@gmail.com or call (407) 418-1275 M-T-11am to 6 pm with both your Order number and the items you wish to cancel. If the items have not left our warehouse, we will attempt to cancel your order; otherwise, review our returns policy (above).
